As seen in Desperate Housewives, September 2006

Originally built for the 1946 movie "So Goes My Love".

Featured in "Harvey" with James Stewart (1950) as no.348, the Dowd house (above).
The Colonial Mansion which used to stand at the end of Circle Drive featured in this movie as the Sanitorium.

Colonial Street postcard
GlamorTram driving down the original Colonial Street, showing the Harvey house with the Kellar house adjacent to it. Thanks to universalstonecutter for this postcard scan.

In common with it's neighbour the Kellar house, this house also featured in the short-lived Animal House spin-off Delta House, as this 1978 photo illustrates:

Photo by John Crystal (approx 1978)

The house was also seen in The Ghost and Mr Chicken (1966).

Psycho HouseThis house has many elements in common with the "Psycho" house (shown at right) , as they were both built from the same "stock" units.

It also features as Gabrielle's house in "Desperate Housewives" but has a slightly amended roof, possibly to avoid comparisons with the Psycho house.
