House
The home of Ben Matlock (Andy Griffith) from the TV series Matlock (1986 - 1995).
The house (in it's previous location across the backlot) also featured in Deanna Durbin movies such as 100 Men and a Girl (1937) and Three Smart Girls (1936). It was also seen in The Chase (1966) with Marlon Brando and Robert Redford.
